What do the monthly plans do?
A monthly plan keeps the hours coming back. Every month we report the named result on one page, in rands and hours given back. We keep the office current, fix anything an update breaks that we built, make one improvement inside it, and spend an hour with Manie going through it. The build itself is once-off. With Growth and Bespoke the plan starts at handover; with Foundation it's optional. Your team uses the office either way.
Which build is right for me?
Foundation, if you already work with AI and would rather plug the office in yourself. Growth, if you'd like it set up and connected for you, with your first week run alongside you. Bespoke, if your business works in a way the template doesn't fit. Every build is the same team; not sure which fits? That's what the call is for.
What is a named result?
It is the one outcome a plan is aimed at, written down in plain words so you can check it. Every month we report it on one page, in rands and hours given back.
Which plan do I need, Solo or Team?
Solo is for one person running it day to day: one named result, and fixes within three working days. Team is for a business with a team: up to two named results, fixes within one working day, training for each department in the first three months and a recorded masterclass every month after, and your playbook built with your team. Not sure which fits? That is what the call is for.
What is not in the monthly plans?
Websites and hosting, email, devices, passwords, your other software and IT support. A plan covers the office we built. Work beyond the plan is quoted on the call.
Can I stop a monthly plan?
Yes. The first three months are fixed. After that you give 30 days' notice. The office stays yours, and your team carries on using it.
Do I own the system?
Yes. It's built into your business and it stays there. Your office, your content, your voice: yours from handover, with or without a monthly plan.
What if I already have my own tools?
That's the point: the office works with what you already use, your website, your socials and your email. With Growth and Bespoke we connect them for you, and you sign in; with Foundation you connect them yourself, with our written guide. You don't have to move anything.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You sign in to your own accounts on your own computer, and we connect them to your own AI subscription. We never hold your logins or keep access to your accounts, and your agents draft while you decide what gets published.
Is this a retainer?
Not the kind agencies sell. An agency retainer rents you their time, and if you stop paying you keep nothing. A monthly plan here is not a bank of hours: it keeps the office we built current and aimed at a result we report every month. If you stop, the office stays yours.
